Shipping Policy
Since all of our items are made to order, we strive to ship within 24-48 business hours. For custom orders, especially personalized pieces like those requiring a name or special design, please allow up to an additional 10 days for the epoxy curing process. We offer flat-rate shipping at $10 CAD via Canada Post, and all orders will include a tracking number for your convenience.

What Are Your Tumblers Made From?
Our tumblers are made from premium double-walled stainless steel, ensuring your beverages stay cold for 12+ hours or hot for up to 4 hours.

Care Instructions for Tumblers and Other Products
Epoxy Tumblers:
- Hand wash only – Do not use a dishwasher or microwave.
- Avoid extreme temperatures (e.g., leaving in a hot car).
- Handle with care – Dropping may cause damage; repairs can be made for a small fee.
Sublimation Tumblers:
- Dishwasher safe (top rack only).
- No microwave use.
Ceramic Mugs:
- Microwave and dishwasher safe.
Clothing:
- Cold water wash, inside out for best results.

What Material Is Your Clothing?
Most of our clothing items are made from soft, breathable cotton unless otherwise specified in the product description.

Returns and Exchanges
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns within 24 hours of delivery, and only if the item is unused and in its original packaging. Customized items are non-refundable, but if there's an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item or damage during shipping), we will happily arrange a replacement or refund. To be eligible for a return or exchange, please report any issues within 24 hours and provide photographic proof.

What’s the Difference Between Epoxy and Sublimation Tumblers?
Epoxy Tumblers:
- Handcrafted with multiple layers of epoxy, glitter, paint, decals, and vinyl.
- Epoxy coating provides a smooth, durable, scratch-resistant surface.
- Takes 7-10 days to create (plus an additional 3 days for curing).
- Offers greater customization options.
Sublimation Tumblers:
- Designs are printed using specialty ink and heat-pressed directly into the tumbler surface.
- Scratch-resistant and dishwasher safe on the top rack.
- Lighter in weight and faster to produce (approx. 10-15 minutes per tumbler).
